Connecting Classrooms
Connecting Classrooms is a British Council funded project to develop international links. Clydach Junior School, along with Tregwyr and Brynhyfryd Juniors, have been successful in securing a grant for a 3 year project with 2 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mrs. Thomas visited Ghana in July(representing all 3 schools in Swansea) to attend a contact seminar to find partners. As a result, the 3 Swansea schools are now linked with 3 schools in Kisumu, Kenya and 3 schools in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
Below are some photographs of the contact seminar and the people who took part.
